Description
Innova Valkyrie
In lighter weights gives new players extra distance. Lighter weights also give players extreme range when thrown downwind, while maximum weights can give excellent upwind distance. The Valkyrie’s high speed turn and flight characteristics make it great choice for long range turnover shots and rollers.

I bought this as my first driver, 161g in Champion plastic. When I first threw it I was slightly disappointed at how stable it was, I wasn’t instantly getting the S turns I was expecting. Now it’s my do everything disc (context – my max distance is just over 100m). If I’m in doubt this is the disc I reach for. I throw this disc more than any other. Forehand, backhand, tomahawk, anything. If you put it on an anhyzer line with some height it holds the line for ages before fading out at the end. Give it a touch of hyzer and it’ll flip to flat and give you good glide before a finishing with some fade. Throw it flat and it’ll give you a lovely S curve.
I’ve thrown this disc into more trees than any other by a large margin and it just doesn’t seem to care, the champ plastic seems extremely resilient. The only thing that has marked the plastic at all was an accidental hyzer into a footpath.
This isn’t the disc I can throw the furthest, but if I could only have 1 driver I would pick this one. If I ever lose it it’ll be a sad day.

This is easily my favourite disc. I have a 175g in GStar and it is a consistent long range boomer for me. I’m always astounded at how far I can throw this disc and it is so accurate with great flight characteristics. You cannot go wrong with a Valkyrie.
