Earning Portal Points

You can earn Portal Points by the following methods:

Register your account with Portal Disc Sports and receive 100 Portal Points* Signup bonus!  Existing users with accounts registered before 14 February 2018 can receive a one off 100 Portal Points bonus by sharing their referral link on Facebook, mentioning the signup bonus and tagging Portal Disc Sports and at least two friends.

Register to receive the Portal Disc Sports Newsletter and receive details on how to claim 50 Bonus Portal Points!

Most products will have Portal Points attached and earn you points with your purchase.  Portal Points may vary per product or category and some exclusions may apply.  Add any item to your shopping cart to confirm how many points will be earned with purchase.  Ensure you're logged in to see all available Portal Points.  Portal Disc Sports reserves the right to change the points reward amount at any time and run limited time promotions offering bonus points for specific products and/or categories.

Find your unique referral link in the My Portal Points tab in the My Account section.    Share your referral code by Social Media, Email or any other method and receive 100 Portal Points* for every new user that signs up and makes their first purchase via your referral link.  Your friend also receives 100 Portal Points signup bonus so there's a good reason for them to join.

Review any product in store and receive 10 Portal Points* per review (Maximum 2 reviews per day & 50 total) Reviews are subject to approval and must be at least 2 sentences and demonstrate an understanding of the product.  Portal Disc Sports reserves the right to modify the reward amount and/or the maximum daily and total reviews.  Quality reviews are appreciated and we may approve more than the daily limit for well written reviews.  Please note quality review does not mean just a positive review.

Redeeming Portal Points

Portal Points can be redeemed after you've accumulated over 500 Portal Points.  You can check your current balance at any time in My Portal Points or for a detailed log of your Portal Points earning and use, you may check the Point Log.   When your points balance is over 500 Portal Points you may convert your points to a discount coupon via the Points Conversion window on the My Portal Points.  This will show the current conversion rate with the standard rate being 100 points = $1* and you may enter your amount of points for conversion and your coupon will be automatically generated and displayed in the Coupon Details window below.   All Portal Points rewards coupons are in Australian Dollars and and may be used only for the discounted purchase of products at Portal Disc Sports (some product exclusions may apply).  Portal Points Discount Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and expire 30 days after they are generated.  Portal Points Discount Coupons cannot be used to pay for postage costs or other services.  If the discount amount exceeds the value of the products purchased, the balance of your Portal Points Discount Coupon can be used in a later transaction.

*Portal Disc Sports reserves the right to change the conversion value and/or Portal Points rewards amount at any time either permanently or temporarily as a promotion or special offer.

** Please by aware while much testing and care has been put into ensuring Portal Points are earned fairly and correctly we cannot test all configurations or future software errors.  Portal Disc Sports reserves the right to remove or adjust any Portal Points that may be earned through any from of human error, software error or any form or abuse (malicious or accidental).
