MVP Octane

(1 customer review)

$27.00

The Octane is a high speed stable-understable distance driver.
Octane falls in the general stability lineage of Switch, Amp, Inertia, and Wave, with a slow-turning profile that holds long and straight until its fade finish. The 23mm Octane is designed to be relatively less understable than its 21.5mm counterpart Wave. Average throwers should see straight flights with a bit of shallow turn, while power throwers will be able to hyzerflip for max distance and tailwind lines.

OMG! What an amazing disc – I’d give this 6 out of 5 if I could. I’ve been a Destroyer lover (and Innova fan) since starting disc golf. I lost my favourite Star Destroyer and after searching for close to half an hour, gave up and almost cried. I recently bought an Axiom Proxy and fell in love with this disc so decided to give MVP another go and ordered a Neutron Octane. On my first round I equalled by PB score. Next round I smashed my PB by 2 shots. I was throwing this disc at least 20 metres further than any other disc in my bag including my beloved Destroyer. I was now reaching holes that I have never been able to reach before and putting for eagle on some par 4’s. I’ve now got 3 MVP/Axiom discs and I want more.
